Miley Cyrus has been caught smoking from a bong.The “Party in the USA” singer was definitely partying hard when a video was taken in which she is smoking something out of a bong.
The substance being smoked in the “stolen” video, filmed five days after her 18th birthday, was not pot but rather salvia.
Salvia is a natural herb that, despite its psychedelic properties, is 100% legal in the State of California.
